Bp. Martin Morrison recently ordained 3 men into the ministry in England at the request of Dundonald Church, Wimbledon. I understand that before making this approach they had tried hard to reach agreement with the Bishop of Southwark. However, the differences were irreconcilable concerning, as they did, not some insignificant squabble, but issues of fundamental Christian doctrine and morals.
